House Hunters International Featuring Ojochal and Osa Tropical Properties

House Hunters International filmed an episode, "A Couple Retires to Costa Rica", with Osa Tropical Properties featured as the selling agent.

The buyers featured in the episode, Sharon and Vee, loved Costa Rica after taking a vacation to Ojochal. After years of traveling they realized they had found their favorite spot and they wanted a retirement home in the village. Their property selection process had to take into consideration that Vee wanted to enjoy the solitude of living in Costa Rica's lush jungles while Sharon had a priority of being close to town in order to continue to pursue her passion for theater and teaching children. They realized that the would have to find a middle ground when selecting their dream home in Ojochal.

Filming of the Ojochal episode was completed on May 26th, 2013 The episode, featuring Osa Tropical Properties as the selling agency, aired December 2nd, 2013.
