Telephone services: There are some actions being taken care of in order to achieve the installation of the telephones lines. However, this doesn't depend on the developer but on the ICE (Costa Rican Electricity Company). When the ICE approves it, every property owner will be able to request their own telephone line.
Location:
Costa Azul is located in the heart of the South Pacific of Costa Rica.
The Development is situated in between the towns known as Vergel and Tres Rios, canton OSA of the province of Puntarenas.
It has a strategic location because of its proximity to the future international airport of Costa Rica in the South Region, which will be located in the Sierpe Valley, just 40 minutes away from the project. At this moment the airport utilized is the one located in Palmar Sur, for local flights and it is just 25 minutes away from the project.
The distance from the capital (San José) is 160 kilometers and through the interamericana road is possible to be there in around 4 hours.

This group has had the experience of developing and selling in its totality a project near the area called Vista de Ballenas, specifically in Ballena Beach in the South Pacific. At this moment and besides Costa Azul, the group has another development located in the area of Rio Cuarto de Grecia, which consist of 74 lots located in a total area of 310 hectares.
Regulations:
The Costa Azul project is governed in accordance to regulations of Costa Rica which define things such as the permitted uses of the lost, the type of constructions allowed, and other important issues related specifically with the environment.
