Originally from Quebec, Canada, Remy arrived in Costa Rica in 1993, where he started buying land, building houses, and selling properties.  He then joined the Costa Rica Real Estate Brokers Board and attended many Real Estate seminars specific to this country and its requirements. He is very knowledgeable in the Real Estate process and is fluent in Spanish, English and French.

Kevin Champagne

Originally from Quebec, Canada, Kevin arrived in Costa Rica in 1996 with his father Remy Champagne, where he attended high school and college and became very well accustom to the local culture and country which became his home. Besides selling Real Estate, he assists several of our clients in the construction of their dream home. Kevin is very knowledgeable in selling, buying and construction processes unique to this country. He is fluent in Spanish, English and French.

Sharing his time between Canada and Costa Rica since 2006 where he is involved in Real Estate during most of the year. He has guided a number of new full time residents in acquiring their retirement homes in this wonderful country. While in Canada he still coordinates his Real Estate activities with the assistance of the other agents.   He is fluent in French and English.

Marcia Oro

Marcia is a Certified Management Accountant originally from Alberta Canada. She started investing in Real Estate in the year 2000 and is still very active having good investment knowledge and real estate experience. She has been in Costa Rica since 2006 and is fluent in English and has fair Spanish skills.

Bill Campbell

 Bill has been coming to Costa Rica for the last four years and now makes his home in the mountains of Ojochal. He has a background of construction and related sales and is originally from Calgary Alberta.  He is currently working on his Spanish skills and is fluent in English. Bill is knowledgeable in property buying and has just recently completed building his own home.

Adriana works for our company since the beginning as accounting supervisor.  She went to the Southern University in Neily City and got a master degree in accounting.  She lives in Palmar Sur with her family.   She speaks Spanish and has fair English skills.
