Our licensed Real Estate Office is physically located at Coronado de Osa, beside the new coastal highway "La Costanera", in the center of the busy Real Estate activities of Osa Peninsula.
Real Estate Associates or Brokers
We are seeking a hard working Sales Associate or broker to join our team. You will be responsible for listing and selling residential, commercial and beach properties in order to achieve the sales targets set by OSA Tropical Properties. If you are confident enough and comfortable with working for commissions only, this is an exclusive opportunity for you.
Requirements:
- Experience in selling Real Estate IS mandatory
- Have strong organizational skills and the ability to work diligently and consistently are musts
- Be confident, fast-learning, active and dynamic
- Write and speak English fluently IS mandatory
- Being ethical and honest IS mandatory
- Be familiar with Costa Rica or speak Spanish is preferred but NOT mandatory
- Internet and computer skills is preferred to deal with international clientele
- Must have own vehicle in good condition
